We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are protected by the best fraud detection system and can not control the automated analysis taking at time of purchase. All orders' shipping and billing addresses should match the card information. If the order is cancelled please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your card.Â

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed.Â
A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.In a case where a shipment is lost, stolen or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Once your order is shipped check the tracking information for order updates and estimated arrival date. ALL orders are shipped standard shipping (via UPS) NO expedited shipping available.
